How can I evaluate a product before mold manufacturing?
We can use CAD drawings to create physical models and prototypes for design and functional evaluations before you commit to full-scale tooling.
What if I don't have a formal drawing?
You can send us a physical sample. We will evaluate it and provide solutions, including creating CAD or 3D files for your project once an order is placed.
How do I know if I need a single or multi-cavity mold?
It depends on your annual volume. Single cavity tools are better for small quantities (up to 10k parts/year), while multi-cavity tools (2-16 parts) are designed for large-scale production.
